In line with "Transport for London (TfL) Private Hire" Licensing requirements, all relevant roles are subject to appropriate enhanced DBS checks, suitability assessments, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Applicants and employees with criminal records are considered on an individual, case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature, relevance, and recency of any offence, evidence of rehabilitation, and TfL guidance on public safety.

We comply fully with the "Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974", "Equality Act 2010", and TfL Licensing Guidance. All criminal record information is handled confidentially and in accordance with "GDPR".

Additional TfL compliance measures include:

  • Mandatory self-reporting of arrests, charges, cautions, or convictions within 48 hours

  • Overseas criminal record checks where applicable

  • Annual DBS checks and maintenance of required staff registers
