Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Drivo, we aim to be fair, transparent, and reasonable in how we manage cancellations, refunds, and no-shows. This policy explains when charges may apply and when refunds may be issued.
By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Driver Dispatch & No-Show Policy
Once a driver has been dispatched to the pickup location, the booking becomes chargeable
A no-show occurs when the passenger:
Is not present at the agreed pickup location, or
Leaves the pickup location without informing us
In these circumstances, the full fare may be charged, as the service has already been provided or allocated.
Cancellation Policy
Airport Transfers
Airport bookings must be cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time
Refunds for airport bookings will only be considered where:
The flight has been cancelled, or
The customer contacts us before the flight’s scheduled departure time
Cancellations made after this period, or no-shows, are chargeable.
Local & Pre-Paid Bookings
Pre-paid local bookings must be cancelled before a driver is dispatched
Driver dispatch usually occurs within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time
Cancellations made after dispatch are chargeable
Out-of-Town & Long-Distance Bookings
Out-of-town or long-distance journeys must be cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time
Late cancellations may result in charges, as vehicles and drivers are allocated in advance
